About the ride
Southern Utah has it all and we take you there and back. Traverse over 850 miles of Southern Utah's most sought-after riding areas, navigating challenging terrain across four mountain ranges, Bears Ears National Monument, scenic byways, and otherworldly desert landscapes reminiscent of Mars. Uncover hidden treasures like the Henry Mountains, Hells Backbone, and Factory Butte.
This tour is designed for experienced off-pavement riders who're comfortable riding technical terrain. This is a Level 3 (two track, water crossings and loose rocky sections) with an aggressive pace.
The tour touches the Utah Backcountry Discovery Route (UTBDR) through Bears Ears, crossing the Colorado River at Hite, and climbing to 10,000 feet over the Henry Mountains.
Accommodations feature a night at 3 Step Hideaway, Ticaboo Resort, Red Sands Resort, and the River Terrace Inn.
We begin in Grand Junction and overnight in Monticello, Ticaboo, Torrey, and Green River.
This is a level 3 ride equivalent to a BDR intermediate at a relaxed pace leaving time to check out Moab and relax by the pool.
