    OWNER & FOUNDER

    Mark Bolton's life is a thrilling adventure filled with a deep passion for motorcycles, global exploration, and high-octane experiences. From his early days of dirt biking to mastering technical single tracks and conquering the Tour of Idaho challenge route, Mark's enthusiasm for two wheels is boundless. His journeys have taken him from the flight deck of an aircraft carrier to offshore oil rigs, and from building telecom networks in China to summiting twelve Colorado 14ers and trekking to Everest Base Camp. With 25 years of mountain biking in the Rocky Mountains, alongside experiences in car and drag racing, Mark embodies a relentless spirit of adventure and exploration.

  • Trevor Bolton

    TOUR DIRECTOR

    Trevor Bolton is a dynamic individual whose life is filled with adrenaline-fueled adventures. Starting drag racing at 8, he showcased skills and determination beyond his years. By 14, he became an Eagle Scout, demonstrating leadership and a commitment to outdoor exploration. At 17, he trekked to Everest Base Camp, solidifying his reputation as a fearless adventurer. Trevor's love for the outdoors extends to dirt biking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. As a wildland firefighter, his bravery and dedication to protecting lives have earned him great respect. At 23, Trevor continues to inspire with his fearlessness and passion for adventure.

  • Clint Erickson

    GUIDE

    Starting dirt biking and skiing at eight, Clint Erickson has spent his life riding off-road, dual-sport, and adventure motorcycles. An accomplished mountain biker and extreme skier, he has won multiple Nastar medals and completed challenging routes like the Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming BDRs. He’s tackled extreme trails such as "Five Miles of Hell" and built the “18 Road / North Fruita Desert” trail system. A seasoned guide, he has led numerous groups on multi-day adventures and mentored over 35 Eagle Scouts. A lifelong outdoorsman, entrepreneur, and father of six, Clint Erickson embodies leadership and adventure.

  • Steve Jensen

    GUIDE

    Steve Jensen is a seasoned adventure moto rider, with an impressive resume that includes completing the California, Colorado, and Wyoming Backcountry Discovery Routes (BDRs). A skilled dual-sport and adventure motorcyclist, Steve thrives on exploring rugged terrains and pushing boundaries. Beyond the trails, Steve is a home builder by profession, channeling his creativity and precision into crafting custom homes in the Colorado high country. . A multi-talented outdoor enthusiast, he is also a ski instructor, mountain biker, and unapologetic adventure junkie, embracing the thrill of nature in all its forms. Steve’s passion for exploration and skill across disciplines make him a key figure in the adventure and outdoor community, inspiring others to chase their own wild journeys.

  • Kevin Brunson

    GUIDE

    Kevin Brunson embodies a life devoted to motorcycles and adventure, having spent countless hours on two wheels in pursuits that range from competitive racing to exploring remote trails. With a background in enduro racing, dual-sport, and adventure riding, Kevin has honed his skills on some of the most challenging terrains imaginable. An accomplished adventurer, Kevin has completed all the Rocky Mountain region Backcountry  Discovery Routes (BDRs), ventured through the rugged landscapes of Baja, and explored nearly every dirt road and trail in Colorado. His experience spans decades of pushing limits, discovering uncharted paths, and sharing his passion for motorcycling with fellow riders. Known for his tenacity and love of exploration, Kevin’s journey through the world of motorcycles reflects not just expertise, but a deep connection to the moto community and the wild terrains he calls home.

Waypoints West Moto Adventures grew out of our deep understanding of adventure planning highs and lows. Our goal is to ensure we over deliver so that you can keep coming back for more.

Conveniently located in Berthoud, Colorado, we are an hour north of Denver and a scenic 45 min ride up Big Thompson Canyon to Rocky Mountain National Park.
