Embark on the 3-Day WYCO Adventure Ride, a thrilling journey starting in Berthoud, Colorado. We tracked an 80% dirt route up to Riverside with great terrain and incredible views. On Day 1, traverse past Carter Lake, up Buckhorn Road, and over Deadman’s Pass, navigating scenic gravel and dirt roads through Hohnholz Lakes Road, Pinkham Creek Pass, and Independence Pass, ending in Riverside, Wyoming. Day 2 takes you along sections 1 and 2 of the WY BDR , splitting off at Battle Pass onto the Continental Divide Trail and Bridger Peak, then back to Riverside for lunch. Continue through the stunning French Creek burn scar and ascend Snowy Range Road in the Medicine Bow Range before returning to Riverside. Day 3 retraces the path to Berthoud, with optional challenge routes and fun passes for advanced riders, ensuring a mix of challenging terrain and breathtaking scenery. This ride promises a memorable adventure for intermediate and advanced riders alike.

All riders will gather in our hometown of Berthoud, CO, where the focus is on getting fully prepared for the ride. We provide accommodations for the night and make it a point to share a meal together, creating a relaxed atmosphere to get to know each other. This day is kept flexible to ensure we can accommodate everyone's needs—whether it’s logistical support or last-minute adjustments. No matter your situation, we're here to assist and ensure you're ready for the adventure ahead.
Starting in Berthoud, this 80% dirt route takes you past Carter Lake and onto Buckhorn Road. Navigate the stunning Deadman’s Pass, Hohnholz Lakes Road, and Pinkham Creek Pass, leading to Independence Pass. Enjoy scenic gravel and dirt roads with fun, curvy pavement sections. Expect some challenging loose dirt. We’ll end the day in Riverside.
Embark on sections 1 and 2 of the BDR, splitting off at Battle Pass onto the Continental Divide Trail. Tackle the challenge route over Bridger Peak, leading to a scenic county road into Riverside for lunch. Afterward, ride through the breathtaking French Creek burn scar and ascend Snowy Range Road in the Medicine Bow Range. This stunning loop brings us back to Riverside for another night.
Backtrack from Riverside to Berthoud, Colorado, retracing our scenic route. Advanced riders can opt for optional challenge routes, adding excitement to the journey. Depending on the season, tackle a few fun passes to enhance the adventure. Enjoy the varied terrain and beautiful landscapes as we return home to Berthoud.
Departure arrangements vary for each rider, so we make sure to plan based on individual needs before the ride begins. While the cost of a hotel is not included in the tour price, we're happy to assist with booking accommodations if needed.
