Lock in your ride with a fully refundable $250 booking deposit—because our small ride groups book fast and we want you to secure your spot. This deposit goes toward your 50% ride deposit, making it your first step toward an unforgettable journey. 

Once you're booked, we’ll set up a chat with one of our Enablers (trust us, we get your addiction) to talk ride expectations, bike requirements, and get to know each other—making sure you and your machine are ready to roll. 

From there, your remaining 50% ride deposit is due within 30 days of booking. The final 50% balance? That’s due no later than 30 days before departure—giving you plenty of time to dream about dirt roads and epic views. 

Deposit Schedule: 

• $250 booking deposit (towards your ride deposit) 

• 50% ride deposit within 30 days of booking 

• 50% remaining balance within 30 days of departure 

Life Happens—Here’s Our Cancellation Policy 

• 90+ days before departure: Full refund. No hard feelings. 

• 45-89 days before departure: 50% refund. We’ll be sad, but we get it. 

• Less than 45 days before departure: Non-refundable, but let’s talk—because we’d much rather help you switch to another ride than say goodbye altogether.
